- Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, or relevant degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in production management (Manager level)
- Experience in production management in Biologics and Cosmetic product
- Experience in stem cell business in Indonesia is preferred
- Fluent English or Korean (one of two language is required)

● Forecasting product demand and managing production performance
