Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan sistem dan perangkat IT.
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan hardware & software perusahaan.
- Mengelola dan memonitor jaringan (LAN/WAN), server, dan sistem internal.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis (IT support) kepada seluruh departemen.
- Menjaga keamanan data dan sistem perusahaan.
- Melakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan sistem internal perusahaan (jika diperlukan).
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor terkait kebutuhan IT dan maintenance berkala.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai IT Staff / IT Support / Programmer.
- Memahami jaringan komputer, instalasi software, maintenance hardware, dan sistem keamanan IT.
- Mampu melakukan coding/programming.
- Memahami database (MySQL, SQL Server, atau sejenisnya).
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting sistem dan analisa kebutuhan user.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Gresik, Jawa Timur.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke Luar Kota.
