Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing document for shipment (Packing List, Work Order (PPK), BOM. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Assist in inputing the data of custom inventory system for waste. Assist warehouse PIC in achieve 100% data similar between manual and WMS system.
• Prepare and check shipping documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes). Update system records for inbound and outbound items. File and maintain logistics-related documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and procurement teams. Relay updates and issues to logistics PIC and managers
• Support logistics PIC in daily report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Fresh graduates or graduates with experience in Shipper Staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good in English
