Purchaser & Strategic Procurement Specialist - East Jakarta

Requirements:
Min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years in strategic purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in for industrial projects, preferably in palm oil or process industries.
Good in spoken and written English.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SAP Material Management and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
Have with at least 5 years of relevant Procurement Management experience, preferably from MNC (Multinational Company) or public listed firms.
High attention to detail and accuracy.High level of integrity, respect of others, persistence and passion for success.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and PO creation in collaboration with project managers, engineering to understand project scope, technical specifications and delivery requirements.
Align procurement activities with project milestones and timelines. Ensure materials and services are available in line with project schedules. Manage changes in project scope affecting procurement.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including lead time constraints and single-source dependencies. Drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records in accordance with company policies.
