General Requirement

• Min. 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination skills & people person.
• Ability to perform under pressure, passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Ability to perform revenue management, OTA selling strategy (FOM).
• Familiar using VHP.
• Past experience handling payroll, employee benefits, knowledge of labour and hotel regulations and laws - experienced in using HRIS is a plus (HRM).
