As part of Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth system adoption, effective product rollouts, and continuous performance improvement. You'll work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams to design training programs that are accurate, relevant, and easy to apply in real-world scenarios.
As a Technical & Product Training Specialist , you'll design and deliver learning programs that strengthen technical capability, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. From onboarding new systems to enhancing agent performance, your work directly contributes to productivity, cost optimization, and customer experience.
*What We'll Be Working On Together*
- Design and develop training materials for systems, technical processes, and product knowledge.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (online and offline) for employees, vendors, and business partners.
- Translate complex technical and product information into clear, easy-to-understand learning content.
- Support system and product rollouts by preparing timely and relevant training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date training documentation, user guides, and learning resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
- Provide post-training support and respond to user questions when needed.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze training data (participation, assessment results, performance metrics) to identify trends and measure impact on agent performance.
- Lead small-scale improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, learning design, or delivery efficiency.
- Stay current with learning & development best practices and recommend innovative, cost-effective training solutions that elevate training quality.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical, system, or product training.
- Strong understanding of software systems, digital tools, or technical processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into practical, learner-friendly content.
- Comfortable delivering training to different audience levels, from beginners to advanced users.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing documentation and multiple training initiatives.
Experience evaluating training effectiveness and using data to drive improvements is a strong advantage.
