    Deskripsi
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Oracle solutions (Fusion and EBS).
    • Define and communicate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
    • Support Sales and Presales teams with marketing materials such as pitch decks, product presentations, case studies, and proposals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product differentiation.
    • Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and demos.
    • Collaborate closely with Principal, cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales, Partners, and Marketing Communications.
    • Deliver product training and enablement sessions for sales teams and partners.
    • Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to improve product messaging and marketing strategies.
    • Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, IT Marketing, or B2B Technology Marketing for enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle products and enterprise technologies (Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, databases).
    • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to create compelling marketing content (presentations, brochures, product messaging).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
