Job summary
This position is responsible for performing all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel's standards.The Telephone Operator will process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously, ensure smooth internal telecommunication, record and control wake-up calls, assist guests with international calls and directory queries, bill call costs,
handle guests requests promptly,
report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone Supervisor or Duty Manager,
and abide by principles of guest privacy among other responsibilities.
