Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Surabaya, East Java

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, or live commerce.
- Has an active network of affiliates, streamers, or TikTok seller communities.
- Passionate about digital marketing and live selling.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Familiar with TikTok Seller Center features and dashboard.
- Strong understanding of live streaming features and performance metrics (viewers, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and recruit affiliates who actively conduct live streaming on TikTok or Shopee.
- Conduct screening based on relevant niches (mother & child, parenting, vitamins & health, etc.), live engagement rate, conversion potential, and sales track record.
- Provide initial onboarding for new affiliates to ensure readiness for campaigns.
- Deliver structured campaign briefs (product USP, selling angles, GMV targets).
- Provide promotional materials, recommended top SKUs, and live content strategies.
- Arrange product sample delivery and support content needs.
- Conduct live simulations/roleplay to prepare affiliates before broadcasting.
- Manage and develop exclusive affiliate programs.
- Provide intensive support and communication for top affiliates.
- Develop collaboration strategies, product bundling, and competitive live schedules.
- Run loyalty and performance-based incentive programs (tiering, bonuses, additional commissions).
- Monitor affiliate live performance in real time and daily (duration, viewers, interactions, conversion rate, SKU performance).
- Provide feedback and training to improve live streaming quality.
- Identify high-potential affiliates to be developed into top performers.
- Manage tracking links, analyze SKU performance, and conversions from live streaming - Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering GMV per affiliate, live performance, and the contribution of exclusive vs. non-exclusive programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align campaign strategies, promotions, and content materials.
- Provide on-the-ground insights for product development and future campaigns.
- Design and execute collaborative campaigns (thematic live fests, bundling, flash sales, etc.).
- Manage collaborations among affiliates (joint live sessions, live battles, co-hosting).
- Manage the live streaming calendar to ensure balanced and effective scheduling.
- Build an active and loyal affiliate community through incentive programs and performance competitions (live challenges, weekly rewards, affiliate of the month).
- Maintain regular communication through community groups and monthly evaluation sessions.
