Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Barista, with at least 1 year as Senior Barista
- Experienced in handling coffee machine calibration, grinder setting, and daily maintenance
- Have experienced as a bartender and knowledge bar
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brew methods, and latte art
- Able to create and develop beverage recipes and seasonal menu concepts
- Understand coffee costing, stock control, and inventory management
- Experience in opening team is highly preferred
- Able to train and guide junior baristas
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and hospitality attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule
