Planning Department Chemical Bottom (Outsole) Department Position Track

We are hiring for dual-track leadership roles:

A. Expatriate (TKA) – Assistant ManagerB. Team Leader

Both roles will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence, cross-cultural communication, and production performance alignment with global brand standards.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Majalengka, West Java.

The selected candidate will:

• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking expatriates and local Indonesian teams
• Support daily operational coordination in Planning or Outsole production
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and data analysis (Mandarin & Bahasa/English)
• Ensure alignment between production execution and company KPIs
• Strengthen collaboration across departments (Production, QA, Engineering, Planning)
• Support leadership in driving efficiency, quality, and delivery performance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in manufacturing, footwear, planning, or outsole production is highly preferred
• Leadership capability (for Team Leader / Assistant Manager track)
• Able to work in a dynamic factory environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
• Familiar with business reporting and operational documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Language, or related field is an advantage
