We're Hiring: Sales Staff (Batam)
PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Export & Import Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is seeking qualified candidates to strengthen our Sales Division.
Location :
Batam, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze steel market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities
- Handle local, import, and export sales operations efficiently
- Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure product quality control through regular inspections
- Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays
- Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals
Requirements:
- Domiciled in Batam or willing to be placed in Batam
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong communication skills in English (oral & written); Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
- Strong interest in sales, target-oriented, and able to achieve yearly goals
- Experience in handling commodities, industrial tools, or steel-related products is preferred
- Background in foreign/multinational companies is highly valued
