The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in trade marketing and sales in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
