    Role Description

    As a Sales Supervisor at BIOTA Smart Home, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that our innovative products reach a broader customer base. This role involves not just managing a team but also engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and how our solutions can best meet them.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
    • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement strategies for improvement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

    Requirements
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
    • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
    • Customer-focused approach with a passion for technology
