Job Summary
We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for an Underground Support Supervisor based in Balikpapan.Sandvik is looking for someone with strong basic skills in Hydraulics and Electricity to support daily activity underground field technicians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks for technicians based on skills and abilities,
providing troubleshooting guides to Sandvik technicians as well as customer technicians when there is a problem with the Sandvik unit.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring communication and provide aftermarket support for each underground project assigned.
- Evaluate technician needs based on their respective specializations – prepare projective training need for technician base on future requirement.
