- Distributor Operations Management
- Implement a standardized route and coverage strategy in distributor partner coverage area to ensure effective & efficient product distribution
- Plan and monitor sales activity & performance in distributor partner across channel to achieve agreed sales target
- Plan & maintain inventory & service level for all channel in accordance with sales performance and financial aspects to achieve optimum stock level
- Build and maintain positive relationship with distributor partner to achieve shared objective/li>
