- Bachelor's degree in forestry, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the forestry/Palm Oil industry, with a strong understanding of forest management practices, supply chain logistics, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
