Job summary
This position plays a key role in supporting the hospital's legal operations by overseeing day-to-day legal tasks ensuring compliance with Indonesian healthcare laws assisting with contract management and addressing legal issues related to patients employees and third parties.Responsibilities
- Draft review and monitor contracts related to construction infrastructure vendors medical equipment procurement IT service providers consultants project managers.
- Ensure all contracts are legally sound include proper risk allocation comply with Indonesian contract law KUHPerdata.
