Job summary
We are seeking an Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating repair and maintenance costs, evaluating vendor bids, and reviewing technical drawings.Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost projections for repairs, renovations, and minor construction (MEP, civil, structure, interior)
- Analyze and compare contractor/vendor proposals to secure competitive and realistic pricing.
- Interpret architectural and engineering documents to define work scope and cost implications.
