As we grow our tech, operations, and commercial teams, we're looking for an HR Specialist who can own recruitment, manage employment contracts, and ensure HR operations stay compliant, structured, and people-friendly.

    You'll work closely with founders, team leads, and operations to support hiring needs, maintain clean HR documentation, and build solid people processes — in a fast-moving startup environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
    • Prepare and manage employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), contract renewals, addendums, and termination letters
    • Ensure contracts comply with Indonesian labor regulations
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete documentation and smooth transitions
    • Maintain accurate employee data, personnel files, attendance, and HR records
    • Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, incentives) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan administration
    • Assist in handling employee relations, HR inquiries, and basic disciplinary processes
    • Support internal HR policies, SOPs, and documentation as the company scales
    • Assist in HR compliance, audits, and employment documentation readiness for future growth

    Requirements:

    HR & Recruitment Experience

    • 2–4 years experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
    • Strong exposure to recruitment in startup or SME environments

    Employment Law Knowledge (Indonesia) is good to have:

    • Good understanding of PKWT, PKWTT, probation, termination, and basic UU Ketenagakerjaan
    • Familiar with BPJS administration and HR compliance requirements

    Detail-Oriented & Organized

    • Comfortable handling contracts, documents, and confidential employee data
    • Strong attention to detail — contracts and admin accuracy matter

    People-Focused Communicator

    • Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with employees and management

    Startup Mindset

    • Agile, proactive, and comfortable with changing priorities
    • Willing to build structure where structure doesn't exist yet

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Experience using HRIS or digital attendance systems
    • Experience hiring tech, operations, or sales roles
