    Deskripsi

    General Responsibilities :

    • SAP data input
    • Make tabulation training, attendance, permit, overtime etc. for laboratory personnel.
    • Record the needs of PPE and the need for ATK in the laboratory.
    • Conducting transactions in SAP according to the instructions of superiors.
    • If there is any discrepancy in the data and report it to the supervisor.
    • Make COA product as per instruction.
    • Take sure and work on 5R and P2K3 in the laboratory area
    • Coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of the work area
    • Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
    • Doing work by applying company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyalty)
    • Other work required by the company concerning the general responsibility of an Admin in the Laboratory.
