  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to assess, select, and implement digital solutions and technologies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their application in a business context.
