    Main Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals across a diverse portfolio of industries.
    • Culture Champion: Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning throughout our organization.
    • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure a robust talent pipeline for our company.
    • Organizational Development: Drive organizational transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance our workplace dynamics.
    • Performance & Rewards: Design and implement competitive performance management, compensation, and benefits programs that motivate our employees.
    • HR Operations: Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR policies, systems, and processes across multiple business units and locations.
    • Employer Branding: Enhance WireHire's reputation as an employer of choice through internal and external branding initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Advise and partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to support strategic objectives and drive business success.
    • ESG & Sustainability: Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into people practices, supporting our long-term vision for a greener future.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in all HR activities.
    • Data-Driven HR: Leverage HR analytics and technology to drive decision-making and measure the impact of our HR initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in large, multi-sector or conglomerate environments
    • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and culture change, resulting in improved employee engagement and productivity
    • Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management, with a focus on enhancing business outcomes
    • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices, with experience in implementing compliance programs
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, able to drive results-driven initiatives
    • Experience with ESG, sustainability, and employer branding initiatives is highly valued
    • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
