    General Requirements
    • High school or vocational certification in hotel management
    • 1 year experience in guest / customer service
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception
    • Check in / out, rooming all hotel guest, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries
