    Deskripsi

    Job Description

    • Process licenses and acquire activities approval from relevant government bodies
    • Consolidate statistic reports and submit to regulators & other government institutions
    • Provide compliance advisory and regulatory framework
    • Ensuring all Corporate positioning and actions are in line with the regulatory standards/ practices
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to draft, manage, and maintain policy documents for the purpose of good corporate governance
    • Participate and influence the design, plan, and implementation of other teams' projects and initiatives related with Compliance
    • Support Regulatory and internal audits
    • Research and write gap analysis between regulation and business practice
    • Conduct Compliance assurance based on #7 above
    • Conduct and develop compliance socialization programs and training for internal stakeholders
    • Keep the company comply with regulatory standards

    Requirements

    • Min 3 years of work experience
    • Bachelor degree from any majors, preferably Legal, Politics, or Economics
    • Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
    • Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
    • Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
    • Detail-oriented person
    • Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
    • High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
