- Partner with the leadership stakeholders to build a cohesive and performing team to support ambitious business growth
- Create clear HR strategy on end-to-end aspects of HR i.e. Recruitment, people development, performance management to support business growth
- Facilitate an impactful talent management process - coach, mentor, and develop outstanding talent across the organisation, to strengthen talent pipeline depth and diversity. Lead regional Talent Acquisition, employer branding and onboarding initiatives
- Be a champion of business's strategic talent development frameworks
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, whilst considering non-monetary reward aspect
- Play a key role as advisor to the global HR team, contributing proactively to global HR strategy, programs, and policies
- Manage day-to-day operations including payroll, personnel administration, and compliance
The Successful Applicant - Well-rounded exposure in end-to-end HR, bringing over at least 10 years of experience ideally coming from international company
- Experienced in setting up country business entity will be a huge plus
- Stellar communication skills with excellent stakeholder management skill, the ability to provide advice as a business partner
- Demonstrate commercial sense with acute business acumen
- Involved in change management projects, especially related to merger and acquisitions What's on Offer
