    Deskripsi
    Responsibilities

    Import
    • Ordering process for imported Raw/Packaging Material, Finish Good and Semi Finish Good, including monitor delivery schedule, process payment invoice supplier, and all quality issues
    • Check shipping documents completeness: AWB/BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, COA, Insurance, Form AI/E/D (if any), Health Certificate/Certificate of Free Sales
    • Coordinating with forwarder for EXW/FCA/FOB shipment arrangements (including communication with Surveyor for inspection at the origin country)
    • Review PIB (Persetujuan Import Barang) and monitor the process until clearance finish (pre-clearance, clearance, post clearance). Finish: material delivered to DVL plant
    • Monitoring and monthly report quota import:
    • Point of Contact to the Ministries & update for regulations

    ‒Ministry of Trade  import permit for cosmetics, salt

    ‒Ministry of industry  PerTek garam

    ‒Directorate General of Customs and Excise  anything related with importation

    ‒Ministry of Investment  Master list for Machine importation (duty & tax exemption)

    ‒BPOM  import license / SKI
    • Assuring completeness of vendor documentations: GDP, supplier's distribution letter, supplier's commitment letter, supply chain of materials, warranty supply
    • Maintain good relationship with above 5 K/L for smoothest importation process
    • Monitoring/control export DVL (via MLI); receive and review weekly report of PEB DVL
    • Proactive for exports issues of DVL
    • Keep update with dynamic import regulation
    • Determine HS code classification for new imported product of DVL or for existing/ongoing importation
    • Other administrative related with import:

    ‒PoA to PPJK to conduct custom clearance (per shipment)

    ‒PPJK invoice

    ‒Fill in SAP for landed cost calculation

    ‒Filing documents (BL, invoice, packing list, insurance, COO (if any)

    ‒Monthly docs collection and payment preparation for PIB Berkala

    ‒Monitoring payment PIB Berkala/Biasa, make sure all PIB paid properly and on time

    Requirements
    • Excellent people skills, excellent problem solving skills
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new programs and tracking progress of projects to completion
    • Project management skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural, influence, and networking skills
    • Familiarity with import regulation and vendor management
    • Interest in market and regulation dynamics along with business sense
