- Supervise a group of aftersales team by conducting daily sync and weekly reporting to leaders.
- Manage Privat Online aftersales service (post-paid treatment, students-teacher matchmaking, and complaint handling). Being the escalation PIC (tier 2) to handle hard complaints if cases cannot be solved by tier 1 team.
- Collaborate closely with internal Privat Online teacher associates to facilitate effective student–teacher matchmaking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Has leadership experience, customer associate or operational role background is a strong plus.
- Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
