- Define annual sales targets, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging industries, and strategic accounts to drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive sales of motors, gearboxes, gear motors, and integrated industrial transmission solutions.
- Develop and execute key account management strategies for major industrial customers and OEMs.
- Lead negotiations of high-value contracts in accordance with company standards.
- Support complex technical discussions and participate in critical customer presentations and project bidding.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in line with company policies.
- Oversee order execution processes, ensuring timely delivery, payment collection, and resolution of technical or commercial issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with corporate governance, commercial policies, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer forums.
- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence within the country
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the industrial transmission market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts in industrial sectors.
- Strong background in industrial transmission systems, particularly gearboxes, gear motors, and drive solutions.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and contract management expertise.
