Saturday Working:
NoPosition Objective/Expectation

• Facilitating communication between stakeholders regarding the TOD projects
• Assisting the President Directors in the preparation and running of the TOD projectJob Responsibilities
• Act as a central point of contact and ensure that information is accurately shared and understood by all stakeholders involved
• Foster collaboration between various stakeholders by organizing and attending meetings, conferences, or workshops alongside PD
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a positive and harmonious working environment
• Provide support to ongoing projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that project related information is properly documented and shared
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Share relevant knowledge and insights with stakeholders to enhance their understanding and decision making processesNecessary Skill / Experience
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2)
• Proven experience (3 5 years) in handling Sales/Marketing/BD/Government Relations
• Has excellent communication skills and is used to working in a collaborative environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word)Preferable Skill / Experience- Previous experience in Japanese company and same industry- English skill
