The Human Resource Manager will handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment payroll leave management employee relations administrative duties document management record-keeping data entry communicate with clients via WhatsApp email phone calls ensure compliance employment regulations company policies assist onboarding offboarding processes HR projects initiatives supporting training development creating programs conducting employee sessions performance management reviews goal setting generating HR reports track key performance indicators provide ad-hoc HR analysis recommendations strategic operational matters support directors decision-making.
