About the Position:

Alan J. Perlis once said, "There are two ways to write error-free programs; only the third one works."

Your role will be to work as an integral part of our QA Team and development process to help deliver the best software products to our clients. As a small company, we have the advantages of spending more time on productive work and keeping the red tape to a minimum.

This position includes significant data-centric testing (approximately 50%), validating insights, calculations, and analytical outputs in addition to classic system and manual testing.

Responsibilities

• Test Design and Planning

• Manual & Systems Testing

• Data-centric Testing (validation of data, calculations, and analytical outputs)

• Reviewing reports and identifying inconsistencies or anomalies

• Working closely with the development team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented while grasping the bigger picture

• Self-motivated and independent

• Ability to learn and execute based on manuals and documentation

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable with basic math and numerical reasoning

• Ability to spot anomalies or inconsistencies in data

• Fluent English (reading and writing)

• Passionate about quality

Advantages

• Experience with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)

• Database knowledge

• Manual and/or Automation Testing experience

• Relevant Degree

• Experience in Performance testing

• Familiarity with QA methodologies and development life cycle

• Familiarity with Azure

• Good Russian

• Inquisitive, creative mindset
