Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document business requirements.
• Assisting in business processes research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury industry helping identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
• Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions, focusing on customer insights, sales performance, and market trends.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, etc to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress and changes.
  
  

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Recent graduates from a top reputable university, majoring in IT, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably has previous internship experiences with related role.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) adjusting the company setting.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc).
• Fluent in Google Spreadsheet or Ms. Excel.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
• Quick learner and adept at understanding information systems and applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
• Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
