This is a full-time role as Front Office Supervisor at Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni overseeing front office operations ensuring efficient receptionist duties managing reservations providing exceptional customer service supervising staff resolving guest inquiries ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes maintaining service standards fostering collaborative team environment.Qualifications
- Proficiency in supervisory skills experience in leading managing team.
- Strong receptionist duties knowledge including front desk operations guest arrival departure processes.
- Excellent customer service skills ability to handle guest inquiries complaints effectively.
