We are opening opportunities for experience and passionate individuals to join our team as Strategy Business E-Commerce & End to End Website.
For responsible handle dynamic and highly motivated Online Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and strategic growth.Which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce Content & Experience Management
Commercial Planning & Performance:
Website Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online content management, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
Proficiency in utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A strong passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
