- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits leader in a large, diversified organization.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits design, and regulatory requirements,
- Experience in implementing strategic Long-Term Incentive Plan is mandatory

Job Description
As the GM Reward Strategy, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our various business units. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate closely with HR leaders and business unit heads.
