- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans.
- Present product's solutions to executives and technical personnel at prospects and customers.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side
- Ensure that technical aspects of proposals align with customer requirements.
- Work closely with resellers (system integrators and independent software vendors) and vendor partners to provide comprehensive assistance for addressing customer technical inquiries. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Previous experience and knowledge on BaaS/Banking as a Services, Loan Management System, and or other Digital Financial Services platforms
- Strong understanding of financial technology and industry trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and engaging with CTOs and CIOs.
