Deskripsi

• Prepare and compile sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Design and develop interactive and informative dashboards that present data in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
• Present data visually to facilitate understanding and decision-making by Management.
• Report marketing data needs.
• Identify and communicate marketing data requirements to Management or related departments.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on analytical and marketing strategy needs.

Qualification :

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Able to communicate in English / Japanese both verbally and in writing, to support communication needs in a work environment involving international parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to coordinate effectively with both factory teams and subcontractors.
• Able to work in a dynamic setting, managing shifting priorities into progress, and staying calm under changing timelines.
• Proficient in complex formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables for data processing and presentation creation.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to prepare systematic and detailed reports, and demonstrate solid analytical thinking.
• Willing to participate in the recruitment process offline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
