    Job Description

  • Develop and communicate a strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Offer leadership to cultivate a culture of excellence in APAC region team
  • Ensuring order and delivery service delivery on time to client expectation
  • Create and oversee a budget for efficient resource allocation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to address their requirements and needs
  • Improving internal processes and organizational changes The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related fields
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset and adept problem-solving abilities, dedicated to achieving business goals and driving outcomes.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in overseeing shared services management, with a history of enhancing operational performance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in remote team management preferably across international borders, the operations span the APAC region What's on Offer
