    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to join our team at Cermati. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and team management.

    Responsibilities

    • Set and achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and store managers.
    • Oversee the implementation of sales programs and ensure sales targets are met.
    • Coordinate the placement of promotional materials in stores.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues.
    • Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
    • Mentor and monitor daily activities of Promoters.
    • Conduct regular training and refresher sessions for Promoters.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
    • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and marketing skills with social media expertise.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
    • Able to work flexible shifts.
