Deskripsi pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Mengawasi dan mengelola seluruh kegiatan impor dan ekspor serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai.
- Mengoperasikan dan memastikan kelancaran proses melalui sistem CEISA (Customs-Excise Information System and Automation).
- Memastikan seluruh proses PPJK berjalan sesuai ketentuan kepabeanan dan SOP perusahaan.
- Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengendalikan operasional clearance agar tepat waktu dan efisien.
- Memberikan solusi atas kendala kepabeanan, logistik, dan dokumentasi klien.
- Memastikan akurasi serta ketepatan waktu penyampaian dokumen PIB, PEB, SPPB, dan dokumen kepabeanan lainnya.
- Mengikuti perkembangan regulasi kepabeanan dan kebijakan perdagangan internasional.
- Berkolaborasi lintas departemen untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional.
- Memberikan pelatihan internal terkait kepatuhan dan best practice kepabeanan.
- Mendukung program peningkatan berkelanjutan perusahaan.
Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen Transportasi / Logistik / Pelayaran / Perdagangan Internasional atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki Lisensi PPJK aktif.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Ekspor–Impor dan PPJK pada perusahaan Freight Forwarding.
- Mahir menggunakan sistem CEISA.
- Berpengalaman mengurus dan memahami proses perizinan PJT (Pengusaha Jasa Titipan).
- Memahami proses kepabeanan.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan).
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
