    Regional Planning Director

    United Arab Emirates (Relocation required)

    Fantastic opportunity for Planning Manager to oversee a number of projects with one of the leading global data center EPC building for hyperscalers. This is a great opportunity to join a Data centre contractor with huge global ambitions with an already exciting portfolio of data centre across the MENA region.

    This leading global data centre general contractor is looking to continue their impressive expansion with global ambitions of delivering close to 3 GW of capacity over the coming 2-4 years globally. Great package on offer with true autonomy to make decisions and have a genuine impact. This company are innovative in their approach and considered first movers so this role will suit someone looking to work for a dynamic and fast growing business and happy to travel across a number of Middle East projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Working on large scale hyperscaler data center projects across MENA
    • Working within the PMO function overseeing planning across (construction, design, procurement and cost)
    • Ensuring successful planning and scheduling of projects from initial stages pre-con
    • Providing guidance and support across construction team, consultants and contractors
    • Implementing, process, procedure and structure

    Background Required

    • 5 + years' experience within planning and scheduling
    • Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Large-scale construction projects
    • Experience in working with tier 1 clients preferred
    • Based in the UAE or looking to relocate
