Main Responsibilities:

• Memastikan bahwa kegiatan pemeliharaan tidak mengganggu atau menimbulkan masalah bagi perusahaan dan lingkungan
• Memastikan semua peraturan dan ketentuan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sesuai dengan undang-undang pemerintah dan protokol perusahaan
• Menerapkan kebijakan dan standar keselamatan di tempat kerja
• Memastikan bahwa tempat dan fasilitas perusahaan dijaga dalam kondisi baik
• Mengawasi vendor luar untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemeliharaan jika ditugaskan
• Mengikuti prosedur pemeliharaan (SOP) dan instruksi kerja (WI)
• Melaksanakan perintah kerja yang didelegasikan sesuai jadwal dengan kualitas yang baik
• Memastikan semua alat digunakan dengan benar dan aman
• Bertanggung jawab atas pemecahan masalah peralatan
• Meminta dan menutup izin sebagai sistem
• Melakukan penggantian suku cadang peralatan sesuai standar
• Memastikan bengkel aman, rapi, dan bersih
• Melaporkan kegiatan sehari-hari

Job Requirement:

Pengalaman Kerja:

• Diploma dengan 3-5 tahun di bidang teknik mesin/fabrication/machinary
• Sarjana dengan pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang yang sama teknik mesin/fabrication/machinary

Pengetahuan Teknis & Profesional:

• Memiliki pengetahuan teknis dalam memecahkan masalah sistem mekanik
• Menguasai gambar teknik, skema PID, alat ukur.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam perbaikan pompa, valve, piping
• Memiliki kemampuan las/gerinda (diutamakan)
• Mampu bekerja secara individu dan tim
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif
• Memiliki pengalaman langsung untuk memperbaiki peralatan industri
• Memahami konsep dasar ijin kerja (safety work permit)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations or cause issues for the company and the environment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in accordance with government laws and company protocols.
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
• Maintain company premises and facilities in good condition.
• Supervise external vendors for maintenance work when assigned.
• Follow maintenance procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI).
• Execute delegated work orders according to schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Request and close work permits as required by the system.
• Replace equipment spare parts according to established standards.
• Keep the workshop safe, organised, and clean.
• Report daily activities accurately.

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

• Diploma with 3–5 years of experience in a similar field in mechanical/fabrication/machinary engineering.
• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in a similar in mechanical/fabrication/machinary engineering.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Hands-on experience in repairing mechanical problem such as but not limited to pump, valve, piping, etc.
• Knowledge of technical drawing, PID and measurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in welding is preferable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Practical experience in repairing industrial equipment.
• Understanding of basic work permit concepts (safety work permit).
