    Deskripsi
    PT Agro Boga Utama merupakan perusahaan importir dan distributor yang menyediakan berbagai produk beku seperti daging sapi, daging kerbau, daging kambing, daging ayam, hasil laut, kentang, produk dairy, produk olahan dan lain-lain. Perusahaan kami tersebar di beberapa pulau di Indonesia seperti Pulau Jawa, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Ternate, Ambon, dan Papua

    KUALIFIKASI
    • Minimum pendidikan SMA,
    • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales di industri yang sama atau tele-marketing yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan melalui telepon,
    • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik,
    • Memiliki sales mindset yang positif,
    • Menguasai bahasa daerah tertentu dapat menjadi nilai tambah.

    URAIAN TUGAS
    • Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan perusahaan dengan mengimplementasikan rencana penjualan & berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan,
    • Membuat customer profiling (kebutuhan produk, struktur organisasi, pola pembelian) dan mencari pelanggan potensial Memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan mengenai penggunaan atau manfaat produk, serta program dan promo perusahaan secara langsung,
    • Menghubungi dan melakukan follow up ke pelanggan melalui telepon dan pesan, melakukan proses bidding atas feedback yang didapatkan dari customer, serta membantu follow up AR yang terkendala,
    • Meningkatkan SKU produk yang dijual ke setiap pelanggannya,
    • Melaksanakan konfirmasi kesepakatan penjualan dan memonitor penerimaan produk ke pelanggan (after sales),
    • Membuat sales order ke pelanggan existing dan menciptakan kontrak penjualan dengan semua pelanggan.
