- Bachelor degree from Mathematics, Statistic, or Actuarial Science
- Have FSAI certification.
- Have a min. 5 years experience in Actuarial area
- Strong spreadsheet skill & have experience with actuarial software
- Strong knowledge on insurance products.
- Good communication and strong leadership skills.

- Perform experience study as part of annual assumption review
- Monitor and produce report of persistency.
