Job Overview

Eclipse Vault is looking for a confident and well-connected Guest Relations Officer to manage VIP reservations and ensure an exceptional guest experience before, during, and after our events in Semarang.

This role combines hospitality, relationship management, and sales performance within a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VIP table and sofa reservations
• Handle inquiries and close bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with loyal guests and potential VIP clients
• Manage guest lists and ensure smooth check-in coordination
• Work closely with the operations team during events
• Maintain Eclipse Vault's service and hospitality standards
• Drive repeat bookings and achieve reservation targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-connected in Semarang's social / nightlife / campus communities
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
• Responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality, events, or sales is a plus
