- Verify and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects prepared by the estimator, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Plan and manage the quality of, budget, and time schedule of the project
- Monitoring progress of the project, implementation of the scheme on site, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial project reports and documentation related to construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams (Designer, Procurement, Site Manager, Contractor Partners, etc) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within the budget provided by the Project Coordinator
- Provide advice and support to project managers on cost-related matters based on the calculations
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and identify any issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to construction cost management
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure that all cost-related requirements are met
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
- Min 4 years experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and Fit-Out project flow
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
