Job summary
This role is the service and operational backbone of our clinic. You ensure patients are well cared for, clients feel supported and reassured, and daily clinic operations run smoothly.What you'll be responsible for
- Lead daily patient & client flow from arrival to post-treatment follow-up
- Act as the bridge between the medical team and customer service
- Maintain hospitality standards comparable to premium service brands
- Calm under pressure and fast-paced situations
- High discipline and attention to detail
