Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and service‑oriented Guest Relations Agent to join the team of a prestigious five‑star luxury hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate must demonstrate polished guest‑facing skills, a Forbes‑service mindset, and the ability to create memorable and personalized experiences for a diverse international clientele. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with personalized service throughout their stay
• Handle VIP and special‑attention guest arrivals, departures, and in‑house requests
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage guest preferences, histories, and special requests in line with Forbes/luxury service standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely service recovery
• Prepare amenities, room inspections, and special arrangements for VIP guests
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and ensure timely follow‑ups
• Assist with daily reports, guest recognition programs, and guest satisfaction initiatives

Core Competencies

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, ideally in Guest Relations or Front Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor
• Forbes service background highly preferred
• Experience managing VIP guests and high‑profile clientele
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and other front office systems
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English; additional languages, especially European languages, are an advantage
• Excellent grooming and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards

Work Schedule

This position follows a flexible operational schedule aligned with luxury hospitality standards. It is not a fixed 9–6 role. The Guest Relations Agent will support operations across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and high‑business periods.

Weekly off days will be rotational—one day off in the first week, and two days off in the following week—based on business needs.
