Our portfolio is a structured, patient-centered rehabilitation healthcare platform in Jakarta, focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based services. We're looking for a Head of Physiotherapy to lead clinical excellence, standardize care delivery, and build a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

This role is for a senior clinician who wants to move beyond individual practice and shape how rehabilitation services are delivered at scale, combining strong clinical capability with leadership, SOP-building, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Establish and standardize clinical SOPs, treatment pathways, and documentation standards
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy practices across branches
• Conduct case reviews, audits, and clinical supervision sessions
• Maintain compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and licensing standards

Service & Program Development

• Develop structured rehab programs (orthopedic, sports injury, post-op, neurological, etc.)
• Introduce new service lines aligned with market demand
• Continuously improve patient journey, outcomes tracking, and satisfaction metrics

Team Building & Capability Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor physiotherapists and therapy assistants
• Design competency frameworks and performance evaluation systems
• Lead ongoing internal clinical training and knowledge-sharing forums
• Build a strong clinical culture focused on accountability and patient-centric care

Operational & Business Alignment

• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align service offerings with growth strategy
• Monitor branch performance metrics (utilization, revenue per therapist, treatment outcomes)
• Optimize therapist scheduling and productivity
• Support expansion planning (new branch setup, equipment planning, hiring roadmap)

Expansion & Scaling

• Lead clinical setup for new branches (equipment list, workflow design, staffing structure)
• Ensure consistency in service standards during rapid growth
• Act as clinical representative in partnerships with hospitals, sports communities, and corporate clients

Qualifications

• S1/D4 Physiotherapy (STR valid)
• Minimum 15 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 3 years in leadership/senior physiotherapist role
• Experience building SOPs and managing multi-therapist teams
• Strong understanding of clinic P&L drivers is a plus
• Experience in sports rehab, orthopedic rehab, or structured rehab programs preferred
